Cut the apples into thin slices and put them in a wide pan. Squeeze the juice of lemons and finely rub the zest. Pour sugar and pour one liter of boiling water. Mix everything and cook for 15 minutes. Then remove from heat, let cool and pour into a decanter through a sieve.

Oranges should give juice, and sugar completely dissolves. Separately, in a blender, grind currants with sugar (to the consistency of mashed potatoes) and add to the resulting drink, allow another couple of minutes to boil. Remove from heat and cool. The cocktail is served cold in deep transparent glasses with crushed ice and straws for drinks.
