- Invigorating Ice-tea
Iced tea is a worldwide popular, classic soft drink. Today the recipe is put on stream and ice-tea is produced in a factory way, we can buy it in any store. But the composition described on the bottle label is far from ideal: a lot of artificial additives, dyes, flavors. The best way to please yourself and loved ones with fragrant ice-tea is to cook it yourself.

First you need three teaspoons of black tea, mint leaves, one liter of water. Pour the liquid into the kettle and put on the fire, wait for the moment of the appearance of bubbles (to a boil) and pour tea with mint. We wait 5-7 minutes and pour through a strainer into another container (a decanter with a wide neck is quite suitable). Add 6 teaspoons of sugar and squeeze half a lemon or lime. If you want a sweeter drink, replace the lemon with an orange (1 pc. Per 1 liter of water). We wait until the drink has cooled to room temperature, and put in the refrigerator.

Grind the fruits in a blender to a puree consistency, add ice cream, and a little sugar (to taste). Pour milk and whisk again. A dense foam appeared – the cocktail is ready, you can pour it into glasses.
- Apple mix
The drink is saturated, with pleasant acidity. It perfectly quenches thirst, refreshes, and tones. For two liters of cocktail, we need one kilogram of fresh apples (a grade of your choice), two lemons, water, and sugar.
Cut the apples into thin slices and put them in a wide pan. Squeeze the juice of lemons and finely rub the zest. Pour sugar and pour one liter of boiling water. Mix everything and cook for 15 minutes. Then remove from heat, let cool and pour into a decanter through a sieve.
If the drink turned out to be saturated in taste, it can be diluted with water (for lovers of bubbles, you can use carbonated). In transparent glasses we put ice cubes, berries for decoration, and pour a cocktail. It will turn out delicious and beautiful, try it!
- Orange + Currant
If you try this drink once, you can fall in love. Oranges give the characteristic sweet and sour taste of citruses, currants make the cocktail more saturated and bright (an interesting color of grenadine is obtained). We take five oranges, remove the zest, cut it into slices and put it in a pan, add sugar on top, pour water on it, and cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring constantly. Oranges should give juice, and sugar completely dissolves. Separately, in a blender, grind currants with sugar (to the consistency of mashed potatoes) and add to the resulting drink, allow another couple of minutes to boil. Remove from heat and cool. The cocktail is served cold in deep transparent glasses with crushed ice and straws for drinks.
